you agree that all resources online are property of lebeauty studio, ae academy and affiliates and as such can not be copied, re-used or re-sold. this website is to be used for personal purposes only.

the following are the terms and conditions of our service agree to these terms and conditions.

deposit requirement
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be 50% percentage of the total cost. This deposit confirms your commitment to the booking and helps us manage our scheduling and resources effectively. All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to compensate for reserved time and resources, including but not limited to studio space, staff time, and preparation materials.

rescheduling policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be transferable to a future booking within [Specify the timeframe, e.g., 3 months, 6 months]. The rescheduled booking must be for the same service or an equivalent value.

Rescheduling with Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you reschedule your booking with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is considered compensation for the late cancellation and inability to fill the reserved time slot.

No-Shows & late arrivals:
Failure to attend your scheduled booking without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit & the full remaining balance will be charged.
please arrive on time to the appointment, any arrivals after 10 minutes or later will result in your appointment and deposit being forfeited & the remaining balance will be charged

cancellations
deposits and any fees/payments paid are non-refundable. cancellation or failure to attend scheduled service will result in the deposit and or all payments being forfeited.

general
lebeauty studio reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. we will provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances. all materials provided by lebeauty studio are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. lebeauty studio reserves the right to change service modules, fees, dates, and content at its own discretion.

reschedules
if necessary, services can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior. if you need to reschedule your service within the 48 hour period any deposit and/or payments made are non-refundable or transferrable, without prior consent of ae academy. in the event that a customer cancels or reschedules a service, and lebeauty studio, at its discretion, agrees to issue a refund, the customer will be responsible for covering any applicable taxes, including gst, on the refunded amount. lebeauty studio will not be held liable for any loss of income resulting from last-minute cancellations or reschedules, nor for any issues arising from the customer's failure to manage their schedule with due diligence.

photography
by booking in the service you grant us permission to use any images or videos taken during the service. any photography or videography taken at ae academy is property of lebeauty studio and can be used as being seen fit. lebeauty studio also reserves the right to remove images from social media if it is deemed to be copyright infringement or seen as demeaning against lebeauty studio.

literacy and numeracy
basic english literacy and numeracy are required for all ae academy services. we request any learning difficulties are disclosed at the time of enrolment.
